We had to rent a unit at the Winchester Rd location, quick. Trish and Chelsea were a great help. They make us feel at home enduring we've had to go in. Subs of the things we've had to do could have been done over the phone, but they are so pleasurable to deal with that we anyways go in.

I was in a hurry this past Friday due to I just got off of work and I needed to get my daughter to acro class by 4:00. I called storage since at 3:00 the tall lady that works at the front desk, was very knowledgeable, quick and responded to me very well when I told her I was in a hurry. We had everything done and taken care of by 4:00. I now have a 10 by 10 storage unit there, I am very happy with how the whole process went. I also like how renting a unit is a month to month basis so I am not stuck in a yearly contract.

I have had that storage unit for several years now. I needed it when I shut down a business. I have to say that I started out with the staff at Safe & Secure and Brent is a very positive role model that all of the staff can learn from. He is firm but fair. I like that because he tries to work with you when things come up that are not expected. Thank you for the excellent service.

Chelsea and the team at storage sense do a fantastic job. We were in a bit of pinch waiting for our new house to be completed and needing to be out of our current home. With a low inventory of available units, it was great to see the nearby Storage Sense facilities recommending each other and helping me get in contact with a location that had an available unit. Luckily a large (30’x10’) unit just happened to open up. Chelsea immediately called me back and reserved the unit for me. She also helped arrange a rental truck, which was a huge relief at the last minute. Very thankful for the Storage Sense team in helping us get moved to Huntsville.

Chelsea and Brent were so helpful with my experience! My husband and I were moving but then needed a refund due to military transportation. Excellent service! Brent Workman was a pleasure to deal with. He made sure we understood the terms of our agreement, and went the extra mile to make sure the unit we have was acceptable for our use. As larger units are in shorter supply, he went above and beyond to help us find a unit that would work for us. As this was our first experience with a storage unit, he made it easy.
