Until this storage unit switched to 'Storage Sense' I had no problems, but with that change came billing issues. After months of trying to get it straightened out, I finally met Kiki; in one day everything was fixed. Kiki is a star employee who has a great attitude and is a real asset to this organization.

Renting a unit with Storage sense was extremely easy to navigate and get everything set up. Once I had rented my unit the staff was extremely helpful and told me all the information I needed to know.
