Mrs. Elana has been such a sweetheart to me and my family. I’m very glad to have stored my things at storage sense my items were safe. I love how you are able to make payments online or call there was always staff memebers there to help you. Elana always notify me and send messages to update me when I would forget about my payments. She was an excellent person. I would recommend storing your items with storage sense. I will definitely keep them in mind if I ever need to store my things.

Your representative exceeded expectations in every manner possible. She was professional, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. But for her expertise and customer service, my move would have been a nightmare. Your organization is lucky to have her as a member of your team. I hope you pay her what she is worth, because losing her would be, in my estimation, a terrible error in human resource management. All of the staff that I've interacted with have heen professional, friendly and helpful. However, I've been a customer at this facility since 2007 and the rental rate has doubled during past few years, making rental very difficult.

This place is super clean. Staff is friendly and easy to work with. Only thing that bothers me is we have to get out to enter a code for the gate. Wish the keypad could be accessed from the car (especially is it’s raining). Overall, wonderful place to store my items!
