Door was locked but there was a number to call for someone on the sign that said they were out in storage. I called and someone answered and was at the door a few mins later. Let me see unit .. sign up was a little confusing because the system tried to charge me for 3 months but rep took care of it.

I always had a pleasant experience with the staff! There were a couple times that I went to the office during office hours and no one was there so that was mildly inconvenient. However, whenever I called and left a voicemail, someone always got back to me the same day. The facility was always clean and easy to get in and out of. Thankfully my living situation has improved and I no longer need storage, but I will definitely store with Storage Sense again if I need to!

I've been with the stores least about 5 to 6 years I think I had one problem with rained in my storage they gave me another space that I was still responsible forFew pieces that was damaged I'm still having problems with the rats coming in I guess you can't do anything about that I thought it would help me in a inside storage all is well

Stephanie could not have been more helpful. She was very courteous and so considerate in even picking our parking spot. I was able to do everything over the phone and email which was so convenient. I liked the facility an that its temp controlled..close to home an very affordable for the space we needed...Storage sense was less expensive then what we had at another location an for the same size and it wasnt temp controlled so we got same size for less an a temp control that we needed an are Happy with it....Thanks Storage Sense.☺

I have had a storage unit off and on at the Richland Hills location for several years. The facility is so clean and in fact, I was there today. When the elevator stopped on my floor and the door opened I smelled a pine cleaning fluid. A very friendly diligent woman was cleaning the roll up doors of every single unit. I was so impressed. The manager, Stephanie, is very professional and helpful. I had a minor payment glitch recently and she handled it quickly and efficiently. She even called me back, on her day off, to assure me that the process had been completed. I highly recommend this facility.

Storage Sense is the way to go! I called the North Richland Hills office reserved the space I needed. In a few hours I had my keys and was moving my things in. Stephanie the office manager made it a seamless process for me she was very thorough with showing me around the facility and and educated me with choosing the right storage unit I needed. Every office needs a manager like her.

I was moving from North Richland hills to Dallas and I needed somewhere to put some things. Originally I was just planning to have these items in storage for 3 months, but I got really busy. I was planning to stop by every weekend and pick up some things from storage to empty it out, but I got busy doing other things. So it took me almost a year to empty out that storage unit. Staff are always very helpful and friendly. I literally never had a single bad experience with them. I wish there was a way to set it up where you could basically prorate the first few days you were there, and then renew your storage on the 1st of each month. I like all my bills to be paid on the 1st of each month. So by clearing out my storage unit, and putting my things in a smaller storage unit closer to where I live, I'm saving myself some funds. The storage unit I'm going to is about $85 a month. It is 5x10 instead of 10x10 period with you all I had a 10x10. but I've given away or cleared out or thrown away so much stuff that I don't really need a 10x10 anymore.

I recently received emails that my credit card date was expiring and somehow did not correct the information since I have always been on autopay. When I received information that a late fee was added to my bill I called to see what had happened. Both Stephanie and her assistant emailed and worked with me to see that I was taken care of. They both went out of their way to help me and since I have been a customer for a long time and have always paid on time they were able to have the fee waved. Storage Sense Richland Hills is the best storage facility I've ever used! Been here for over 5 years and Stephanie is an excellent manager! Storage facility is maintained properly NOW old manager was doing a lot of BAD things, double charging over charging and I've had to pay the price because of it. Just recently last month I found that I'm overpaying on my unit by about $40. I've been renting about 3 years and I live out of state. I will be moving my belonging in about 2 months. I can't fault new management for old managers problem because they are always nice and polite when I reach out when I visit storage is always clean and accommodating.

Final Edit:My initial experience was good when I moved into this location about 2 years ago, I worked with a lady that was reasonable with rates, and then I loaded up a unit and continued my life adventure, knowing my stuff was secure in a climate controlled environment. I had late payments and received fees but all was reasonable and I paid them as I am just ADD and forget to do things, but made sure I always paid before being auctioned :-p,Then, towards November of last year, A new manager was in place, a male, I think Tim, (not sure), and I noticed that my rent suddenly shot up and nearly doubled (75% increase), and had been charging, or attempting to charge that amount for 3 months. I called and complained that I was chose that unit because of the rate that was offered, and he said "well in the contract we have a right to go up on the rates after X amount of time".. well I was out of state and could not easily do anything about it, so I just did everything I could to pay at the last minute, and when the issue with Covid came up I let it go longer as I wasn't making hardly any money but auctions weren't happening as fast either. I got calls every day and emails from "new" manager, Stephanie. I didn't know anything about her but I decided that by the time I made my next "catchup" payment, I was going to finally go get all my stuff out. I finally received an Auction notification and final balance around June, I had a high balance due to fees, and of course, the price increase. I had expected working with the new manager would be just as bad as the old manager, so I didn't even try until it was time to pay up.I gave my CC info over email to charge and (hesitantly) asked if there's anything they can do to reduce the amount before charging, I would appreciate it.I was very surprised to hear back from Stephanie, the new manager who worked with me on fees and costs, and allowed me to vacate that month. Her making very reasonable efforts to work with me in the end made up for what the old manager forced me to give a 1 star review for.When I arrived back at my unit 2 years later, I expected things to be a mess, (I knew I had let it go to auction status before so I expected boxes to be opened and my stuff to be heavily rummaged through), but I think they knew based on my past payment history I wasn't going to let it go that far, and my stuff was all still organized the way I had it. I also expected there to be evidence of bugs, spiders, rats, etc, as I had that issue in previous units at other companies, but all of my stuff was still in great shape, no dust, or signs of any pest problems, and I was very pleased.I removed my stuff July 7th, 2020 and am happy to get it all back and rummage through it again like it was Christmas lol.So in review, I first left 5 stars, changed to 1 star during a bad management era, and now changing back to 5 stars again.A note to corporate: As long as you continue to allow managers to have the discretion to work with customers without penalty on them, you'll continue to get good reviews. I know cutting some of my fees was probably due to covid, but it is a very good practice to keep in mind for the future.Thanks Stephanie, once again I appreciate you working with me and not making it difficult in the end.

Stephanie was great; very professional & she went above and beyond the call of duty. She helped get my rig into position for parking & she got my rig ball unstuck from the receptacle on the tongue on the hitch. She told me to go to harbor freight (nearby) & what to get in terms of tools & liquid wrench to get it free. She also assisted me in walking to the office to sign paperwork. What a gal !!! She also counseled me to get a hitch lock to secure my hitch. She spent an hour or so working outside in the hot summer sun on my stuck hitch. A real life saver. I could not have done it by myself because I am older & have back problems. I had an outstanding experience. A#1 She also recoded the gate for me & replaced the battery because I had mistakenly gotten stuck. I hope you keep her around. She is an exceptional person, a hard worker, and pleasant to boot with a great attitude.
