The online process for renting a storage unit through Storage Sense is seamless and easy, but what makes the difference is the staff, specifically Fred. He is a great guy and you're lucky to have him managing the Madison Ave location in Memphis. Please give that man a raise.

My experience at Storage Sense was great. Andrea is very knowledgeable and has excellent at customer service. She is very friendly and was able to help me with my needs. She helped me to remove my lock from it's packing. Actually she removed it. I just watched. Lol 😆

Good location for midtown, temperature is well controlled, always felt fairly safe and clean and convenient. When I had a problem with my storage unit the first time I got it they immediately helped move me to a different one, staff is friendly and helpful. Thanks!

I was an interesting renter for Storage Sense Memphis. I became a renter when COVID-19 first hit in March with a larger group of individuals but now I have my own unit. I had some friends move my stuff into a smaller unit for me because I have been out of town for all of lockdown. Basically, my whole experience with Storage Sense Memphis and Fred has been remote. Fred has been such a great help. I have called a few times to ask questions about rent and other such things and Fred has always answered the phone prepared and willing to answer any question I may throw at him. Storage Sense Memphis now sits at the top of my list on places to rent units from and that is solely for the reason of Fred being on the other line of the phone. I look forward to moving my things out of the unit in the coming days and hopefully putting a name to a face. Thank you Storage Sense Memphis and Fred for being such a constant in our current ever changing world.

Both Jackie and Fred were efficient, kind, and helpful - so pleasant to communicate with. The office was clean and organized. The air conditioned units appeared clean and easy to access. I’m looking forward to beginning to store my belongings there, so I cannot yet speak to the quality of the storage long term.

I had the most wonderful experience finding the absolute perfect space to fit my needs. Jacqui McKay who assisted me from the beginning greeted me with a friendly smile, a professional and positive attitude who made my experience enjoyable and made me feel confident in knowing I had chosen the very best storage facility around town. I am extremely happy to have found the space that I was looking for! I will enjoy having my storage kept here as it’s also easy accessible which will make a huge difference for me when working out of it. Been at this place for around 6 years. I never worry about my belongings being stored here. This place is safe, temperature controlled and has easy 24 hr access. Upper management is very quick to help resolve any dilemmas. Would highly recommend.

Ive been a customer off and on and mostly on for 2 years. My rent was raised on what I'm sure is already a price gouge. The AC/HVAC settings were not in keeping with seasonal temps. The building had structural problems which created a shortage of parking space for several months.

This is the newest storage unit in Baldwin county. The are the best. They can accommodate a small unit all the way to practically a hanger size warehouse. Also Spence, who helped us the several times we have been there is Fantastic!! I don't normal write reviews but I thought that he helped above and beyond by an order of magnitude. Highly recommend them and Spence to take care of you.

If you are looking for a clean space for your storage, friendly customer service, and convenience, this is your place. Shemika and John were absolutely great to work with and the process of storage rental was fast and easy.
