We were customers for almost 2 years! We had the best experience with Storage Sense! I would HIGHLY recommend! The facility was always so clean, and the staff was always so nice and accommodating! We had a climate controlled unit, and it was more than expected! We moved out of the unit due to moving out of state, and it wasn’t hot when moving out! I have had climate controlled unit at other places, and it was not a comfortable temp but better than outside. Storage Sense cares!

I stopped by to see a storage unit on a Saturday morning. Joel greeted me and took me to see the unit. Within about 15 minutes, the paperwork was completed! Joel explained everything to me along the way. He was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Storage Sense for anyone needing storage in the Chattanooga area!

Staff has great customer service. Nice facility. I'm so thankful that I found a bigger unit for better price last minute. Moving across country is stressful enough. This process was the best I've had so far. Units are well maintained. Just wish the back gate would've worked for exiting in moving truck. They did have an area to turn around though so not a big deal.

From the beginning I was able to get a unit upon at the same place I was returning my uhaul. They offered a fitting sized unit at a fitting price. I appreciate I was able to get to my unit any time I needed to. Staff was friendly even during a pandemic.

The storage room was clean and secure and competitively priced. The personal service was friendly and excellent. After one visit I neglected to push the latch closed fully before locking. I was contacted by phone and told that they had made their daily rounds and discovered my unit was not properly secured. I might not have been aware for days or weeks if not for the friendly call. Thanks.

Don't know anything about the storage units, but returned my Uhaul rental there. Super nice guy that checked me in, and after the experience I had picking it up in Louisville, Ky, I said I'd never use Uhaul again, but I'll definitely rent off this place if they have what I need.

Staff is really friendly and attentive. Clean and in a great location.I wanted to add that Joel and the management are above the average when it comes to taking care of business. Yes Joel is clear about the rules. But personally I couldn’t ask for a better manager. I feel very safe and comfortable knowing that the management is on top of their duties.

Thank you for your professional and courteous help! Daniel and Darryl are the BEST! Darryl was so polite as always, he stopped by our unit and offered me a ride back to the office for the restroom and also showed me where the dumpster was located. My husband was all ready to go with the car full so Darryl offered to take the two boxes to the dumpster himself! Wow! We've never had such service in all our 18 years of having storage units. Your helpfulness and courteous service are always very impressive! It is rare to find such service! Thanks for going the extra mile!The last 4 months of your service has been greatly appreciated!!
