Nate was attentive as soon as we came into the store! He helped and was very friendly to talk to and had a great personality! The staff at this storage was extraordinarily helpful, I was sent a confirmation email saying id get a call back from them the next day and I ACTUALLY DID. They called me and set up a time for me to come in and sign my paperwork. They made sure I was prepare for move in and had all the correct information. The facility itself is clean, well maintained, and secure.

Our pick-up location made a clerical error on our drop-off location after telling us otherwise. However, the manager at our drop-off location, Rhonda, was able to have that corrected to avoid an additional cost. Very clean facility and great customer service!

100% recommend Monster Self Storage!!!!! Units were getting low, so manager Leah personally reached out to me and let me know that it was a time sensitive issue. I greatly appreciated her working with me on that, and when I arrived, Brandon was personable and professional, explaining every detail of the rental terms with great knowledge and personally showed me to my locker. Best rates in the area as well. Honestly, I’ve rented quite a few storage units in my time, and this has easily been the best experience I’ve had.EDIT: More amazing news about this great storage facility! During hurricane X, the road in front was flooded - no damage whatsoever to the storage unit, dry as a bone! Leah got on the phone with me twice to help me figure out if I could safely get my car there. She even walked outside to survey the damage! Leah went absolutely above and beyond! 150% recommend!!!!!!

Monster Self Storage of Seneca was great. We were able to store our possessions securely for several months while we looked for housing after relocating back East. The unit was clean and the gated facility was well monitored so we felt safe storing our vehicle. Brandon the onsite Manager was extremely professional and highly customer service focused as he made both the setup and checkout processes fast and easy. Highly recommend.

Great storage units, and the manager Leah always goes the extra mile for us! Convenient that it’s also uhaul - I’ve brought several Uhaul loads in and it’s nice to just clean and park the truck. Closest gas station for topping off, take a right out of the gate and it’s just after you cross the rr tracks, less than a mile I think.

We had a need for a climate controlled 5x5 unit and could not arrive during business hours. Customer service was outstanding as a detailed map and instructions were made available and we had no issue with dropping off our stuff as a consequence. Place is immaculately kept and appears extremely secure. Highest recommendation to any in need!

Outstanding customer service experience; Leah was simply a Godsend. My son and I rented a U-haul car carrier to move an antique auto across town. Late in the day we determined that we would not be able to get the car and carrier over the steep driveway lip in the new location.Even though it was after hours, Leah came to our rescue. She met us at Monster and helped us move the car and carrier to the secure Monster lot and store overnight. Remember, this was after hours and she didn’t even have to even help. She was on her own time but met us at Monster anyway to help us secure the car overnight.The next morning Leah found a suitably sized available rental unit which we could easily drop the car into for temporary storage.It’s great to work with a manager and a company that goes far beyond just meeting customer expectations. I highly recommend Monster and of course Leah, when you need U-Haul or Storage services.
