The location and unit were both very clean and had excellent security. When I moved out over the weekend, staff called me first thing Monday morning to let me know that the lock was gone and my unit was empty. It was very nice to know that had anything happened, it would have been seen and addressed in a timely manner. Security was excellent there, with cameras inside of the unit buildings and pass codes for the gates and buildings. I will definitely be returning to this location should I require storage in the future.

The manager Tova was wonderful. She was very nice and helpful. This storage facility is very well secured and maintained. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for extra storage and the prices are affordable.

The staff is very knowledgeable and always available when needed. I wish there was an option to wave the protection plan/insurance and I don’t like the specific lock policy that results in a $250 charge if anything happens to the renters property. However, the administration fee was well worth it when I needed assistance on a Sunday afternoon and an associate answered on the second ring.

Ms. TOVA is a delight. Super helpful and makes the entire experience stress-free. The units are well kept and clean. The temp controlled unit are nice a cold so nothing will be damaged. Their security measures make me feel like my stuff is safe in the care. We used them in 2016. Because of that great experience we are using them again right now. I highly recommend.

Ms. Tova is one of the most friendliest and sweetest people I have ever met! I love that she manages everything so well in everything business AND makes you feel a sense of comfort in the, often, stressful times of moving and taking out things in storage units. If you need a storage facility, this is THE place to go: excellent, friendly, customer service (thank you Lois!) and convenient hours, not to mention a safe, well-lit location. We were able to tour a few storage units with Lois to choose the one that best-suited our needs and within an hour we were finished with the paperwork and out the door. Highly recommend!

We have been VERY impressed with Storage Sense. The grounds are always extremely clean neat plus the storage units themselves are the same way. For me, this is an indicator of how the business operates. From that perspective, I wish every business would operate as efficiently and customer friendly as this one.

My Girlfriend and I came to look for a rv parking space. We met Tova in the office and spoke with her about our plight. She was very receptive to our needs and worked hard to accommodate us.
