My experience was outstanding. From keeping my belongings safe, the area was clean, but the employee (Amanda) was very professional and sweet all at the same time. She's very knowledgeable . I recommend her for a raise, or moved up the ladder. I've been using storage for 18 months and She's been a over the top employee.I gave notice.

I have to give 4 stars but only b/c they have had computer issues for over 6months now and still cannot get accounts fixed. The 2 women who run the place are very aware of the issues and continue to help me. My stuff has stayed safe for 2 years now but the hassle of correcting a mistake they made on my account has become tiresome. We have contacted distracted manager and BBB

Amanda was the first person at Storage Sense on Whit Horse Rd that helped me in my horrible situation! She was kind and compassionate and genuinely cared! She went above and beyond any expectation I had ever had! Honestly if not for her I don’t think I would have made it through! Kayla was also such a huge help in helping me work out payment and everything! They were flexible honest and truly genuine with their compassion for me! I will always use storage cents in the future on White Horse Rd as long as they still work there!

My reservation was transferred from another location to here for pick up at nine am. The store door says open Saturday at 9. I called the number on the reservation and the door, and was told that it doesn’t open until 9:30. Very disappointed with this lack of communication. Me and several others (separate customers) are currently waiting outside the door, waiting. Now, I’ve been told that my van is not here. I’m sure some of this is an issue on the U-Haul end. The lady was very helpful in fixing the problem. It was just inconvenient, but it seems to be solved.

Kayla is the best thing about this place. She works her tail off to make sure facility is clean. We live nearly 3000 miles away and she was very reassuring and made everything simple and easy. We retrieved some of our things today and not a single speck of dust was on it. I will definitely refer this place to my Furman friends.

The place has plenty of room to wheel around carts and hand trucks loaded with furniture. The location we went to was great, large parking lot, easy to get in and out of which is great when pulling a trailer or driving a large moving truck. They had uhaul rentals as well which made it super convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Super accommodating! Didn’t know the exact day we would need our unit due to son and roommate being student athletes and possibilities of them staying at school longer if they continued competing. I’ve never had better customer service. Kayla and Amanda went above and beyond to help me out. I needed a truck rental and storage unit on a last minute notice. Kayla did everything in her power to help meet my needs. I would recommend Storage Sense to everyone. If you want to be treated like family and not just a unit number then this is the place you want to go.

I highly recommend this place and the lady that's the manager is extremely nice and sweet. They have very good prices and it's very clean and neat and if I was going to put something in storage this is where I would go they pretty much beat anybody's else's price.

Getting there was easy to find and the lady that checked us in was so nice. Once we pulled up, she came outside to make sure we were okay and the process was easy to get the storage unit even though our reservation didn't show up. There were spaces! She was so helpful in showing us how everything works and was very informative about the area.

They were very helpful with the whole process and getting me started, it’s very secure! The only problem I had was that the gate won’t let you in past 10 and there was a couple nights I ended up working past 10 so I wasn’t able to put my truck in there. They even gave me a call once they notice I haven’t been using the spot for a while before my payment date to make sure I was done with the spot since I was busy and couldn’t get around to letting them know!

I loved working with Jamie. She was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She explained the storage unit, their facility and how easy it is to access the unit. I felt comforted knowing that my daughter could move her Furman dorm room stuff into this unit until school starts back up again.Fast forward to September 2020 and we just moved our Furman daughter back into school and the entire move out process was smooth and super convenient. Belinda, who works at the Wilmington (NC) location, was assisting in Greenville (SC) and was a huge help to me during a hectic moving weekend. She assisted me with an error with a truck reservation when I made the reservation for the wrong day. She was really personable and wasn't bothered at all to assist me.If I ever need to rent a storage unit again, I will be using Storage Sense. The Greenville, SC location isn't in the best of neighborhoods but I never once felt as if my items were in unsafe hands. The security of the units is great and the premises are recorded 24/7. There are a ton of units at this location and the units are priced well for offering climate controlled space. Overall, it has been a great experience and I will be suggesting them to anyone I know in need of a great storage place.
