Tia was so professional and helpful. I’ve been in twice; once to look at an available unit, and the second time to secure the unit and move some things in. We were driving in from a couple of hours away and were going to be a few minutes after closing time. Tia assured us she could wait the extra minutes and get us all set up, which she did. So nice and professional. Unit is clean, bright and accessible. A very positive experience with Storage Sense in Dunn’s Corner, Westerly.

Excellent customer service! Jameson was a huge help in making this move a success and without issue. We rented the truck off hours with Uhauls mobile checkout (not easy/convenient) as advertised. Jameson told me to text him regardless of the time of day with any questions or concerns moving forward. Sure enough, 6am on the day of our move, we had trouble with the mobile checkout. Jameson was there to walk us thru it and get us in our rental! If your looking to rent a Uhaul truck in the south county area I would absolutely reccomend Storage Sense of Westerly RI.

Storage Sense is a great facility, however what makes it the single best place in the area is the management team. Jamison and Alyssa are an absolutely iincredibleduo. Alyssa's personality is infectious and she can brighten even the darkest of days and Jamison is a one of a kind individual who will do absolutely anything and everything it takes to ensure you have the best possible experience. There is nothing fake about their customer service, and you can tell that they genuinely care about the service they're providing. They make you feel like family from the moment you walk in the door. Simply put, there is no one better than Alyssa and Jamison.

I was looking for a storage facility in Westerly and found Storage Sense. I worked with Jamison the Manager who provided me with a military discount and got me in the exact unit I wanted. There was a small issue having to transfer between storage units and Jamison promptly called me and resolved the issue and provided a discount for the inconvenience. Look No Further!!!!!! My husband Carlos and I have been mid renovating and moving into our new barbershop and needed to move furniture from our location and had a hard time finding availability or help at other locations Jameson went Above and beyond our expectations he made us feel like family!!!! My wife and I are renting a storage unit for the next year as we are building a new house in Westerly. Storage Sense in Westerly is perfectly located close to both our old house and new build lot. Jameson did a great job, very professional and efficient. I do need to mention the care of the banana tree in the office. The plant was not happy, I think if you put it closer to the window and cut down the watering until the dirt was dry it would help. Also the soil p.h. may be off as the color of the leaves does not seem vibrant enough. You may also want to gently lift the plant and test to see if it is root bound. As always pleasure doing business!

Jamison saved me today. He is a real life super hero. I had just finished dumping loads of dirty moldy cardboard from my basement in preparation for a move. I was tired, dirty and exhausted. All I had left was to drop off the U Haul and my day was over. However, the god-forsaken U Haul app would not accept my picture of the odometer no matter how much I tried. I was cowering in the corner of the lot, on the verge of tears, when Jamison came over and helped me. I felt like Lois Lane being carried by Superman as he took the time to ensure I was able to drop off the truck successfully. He even helped me get another one next week for my move.To call Jamison a hero doesn't give him enough credit for what he did today. He saved my life. If this man was the CEO of U Haul the company would be larger than Amazon. This man should be making 9 figures and writing books on how to be successful, because he is one of the greatest human beings I have ever met. Thank you Jamison!

Look no further! Storage Sense took over from the previous company - Jamison is incredibly attentive, responsive and made my move-out process easy. I had an air-conditioned unit for a year including furniture, art, and clothing and it was all perfectly maintained when we moved out. The prices are great for the area too.

I can’t say enough positive things about the service I experienced with Jamison when I rented a van for a recent move. I initially called to see if I could check out the size of the van to see how much I could fit inside and he happily obliged and told me to come by anytime. He showed me the van and explained the best ways to pack it to utilize the most of the space. I had to call again for another question and he was super patient and responsive. Moving has so much stress to it and it was such a relief to be able to have the peace of mind knowing I would have a seamless pick up and drop off with the moving van with a very qualified and reputable company behind me. Terrible attitudes. Over priced. When i cleared out and moved to a much cleaner and cheaper storage i had a small stain on floor which i cleaned up best that i could and they took 50 dollars off my deposit check. Should have billed them for all the mouse dropings and urin in boxes of clothes. Terrible place. Would have given them 0 stars.

I had been with Cornerstone storage for many years. I had two storage units (garage size) and never had any problems with anything. Everyone that works there are always kind and helpful. I can't say enough kind words about the people at this storage place. They are always willing to help you anyway they can, if you ever need it. If I ever have a need to store anything, I would use Cornerstone storage. Both of my units were climate controlled and everything I had stored there was in excellent condition. Their prices were excellent for the huge units I had. I would recommend Cornerstone storage to anyone I know that needs a unit in their area.
