Storage Sense - St. Clair

Clean and affordable storage. Very helpful staff.Update: have been w/ this storage facility since 2013! Never had one complaint- it is a great place! UNTIL NOW: The price!!! Prices have gone up more than 11/2x my original price! And that is just in the last year and 1/2! I can no longer afford to keep my belongings here! I must find a new home for them! It's like extortion - they know the likelihood of moving- it's a pain in the a*%- you have no choice but to keep paying and paying!!

Clean facility but I liked it better before Storage Sense took the business over. There was too much confusion over what my unit number was. I highly doubt I'll use it again.

In the last 35 years I’ve been using storage units and if I had a rate use you and five was being the highest I would give you a five star rating for a couple reasons the service was excellent lady was very helpful awesome personality very easy to deal with as one of the reasons another reason would be that the facility is really clean very secure and the prices are good so if somebody asked me what the best storage unit would be I would have to recommend you guys to everyone

My experience was absolutely fantastic I needed a unit for storage purposes but it was during an emergency situation with my home and I was able to get everything set up in less than an hour and start filling the unit with the belongings that we needed moved and continue to work on the house. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful and to think all of it was possible during a pandemic. Strongly recommend Ideal Self Storage

I have had a unit here for years St. Clair storage was sold to Ideal you can never get a hold of them its a rigamoro to talk to an actual person, they raised the rates 10 per unit they gave a 1 and half months notice in an email not the per usual 3 months in a pandemic and in the heat of the summer , w that said when the manager got my message i was contacted and she was very NICE she is even filling in from another store ,w regards to the rate fee she did cut it in half so that is appreciated and she was nice and accommodating i did have a more negative review and i have updated it because the manager was very helpful

Rachel was such a HUGE help!! She doesn't even work at the Saint Clair's Ideal Storage. She works at the Pottsville Ideal Storage but yet when in to Saint Clair office storage area on the day that they were closed just to help me out in renting my first storage unit that was right for me. THANKS SO MUCH RACHEL !!!!! I'm glad I called the wrong Ideal Storage cuz I got to meet you. Lol
