*********EDITED*******************UPDATED*******I reserved online and with minutes I received a call from Laurie. Immediately I was impressed, she is professional but yet you fell like you have known her for years. My husband works odd hours, and the office is closed. Laurie went out of her way to make sure that we were able to come during times that worked for us. I’ve worked in customer And managed customer service departments. She is someone I would be proud to have in my team. In my opinion you should be proud to employ such a dedicated employee because of Laurie going out of her way we are renting from you without even researching other places it’s all about the experience not just about what is cheapestI wanted to edit my review as I no longer needed the unitRACHEL ROCKS SHE made it so so easyshe is so pleasant and super helpful and very personalityLike I said above I worked in customer service I know how hard it can be and in my opinion Rachel is definitely a keeperI had a great experience moving inI had an even better experience outTHANK YOU RACHEL!!!You are the reason that I will recommend this location to anyone in need of a storage unit

Did my purchase online. When I arrived to get in the code I was given didn't work. the lady from inside came out an told me the code was to long let me get you in an ill go fix it. as we were getting ready to unload, she came back with a card and a new code which worked. I didn't have a lock an ask her if I could purchase one, she said sure got one out an since they are ones you put your own code in, she took the time I help me with that very kind an helpful

Rate increased $35 after 9 months. I was told to expect rate increases every 8 to 9 months as a standard practice. This was going to be a long term rental and now im looking for other options... insane price hike. They did lower this hike a little after i complained.But i will say the facility is clean and the staff have always been helpful. Just a shame greed is ruining the experience.*just shaking my head* dont plan a long term rental here.

It's easy to rent from Storage Sense. I reserved my unit online, took minutes to sign the lease on site, and an easy phone call and notification email to vacate.

The man I spoke with over the phone gave me the best experience I could ask for. He was very sweet, generous, and absolutely outstanding! He walked me through everything when I couldn’t figure out how to reserve my unit. Whatever his name was, I hope he gets a good pat on the back!

Lauri, the office manager, was very nice and professional and helped me every step of the way in securing my unit. Had a slight issue with my gate code but the after hours rep, Dave, gave me a temporary code. The site and unit was clean and felt safe. Im happy that Ideal Storage had an available unit for me to lease!

Facility is clean, well lit with motion censored lighting. Large moving Dolly's always easily accessible was a huge plus.The only "improvement" I would've liked was 24hr access at no additional cost.

Units are okay, been there a few years but with the new owners, they need to blacktop the place. When it rains it never fails, water pools in front of the units in places. The stone hides screws and nails, I can’t tell you how many tires I had to get fixed over the years. The pads to get in the gates are falling off. They spent a lot of money on signage when they took over the place but that’s about it. The staff on site is great, only dealt with them one or two times in the years but they have always gone out of their way to help.

The people at Ideal were great to work with! If I had an issue they responded quickly and were very helpful. When I got a new credit card and didn’t realize that it was the one paying my monthly payment and due to work circumstances I wasn’t able to get back to them quickly, they were very kind and professional and worked things out with me. Access to my unit was great and after 4 years, my stuff was dry, secure, and had no bug or critter damage! I highly recommend Ideal Storage!

The indoor climate control spaces are very clean. But the thing that makes Ideal storage sticks out is the employees. They have been outstanding to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

This was our first time ever renting a storage unit and it was an excellent experience ! The office staff was so helpful and so kind! If we ever need to rent a unit again we will definitely come back here!!

Everything was fine except for one thing. The outside light near our unit was not working the entire month we had the unit and therefore made it difficult to move things in and out during evening and nighttime hours. My only other comment would be to perhaps consider paving the driveways. This personally would have been extremely helpful to transfer items from one unit to the other using our dollies which of course do not work on gravel/stone. Thank you!

It was at a time when we had to sell mom's house and I had a number of items in her garage because I had lost my shed a few years back to a snow storm and have yet to replace it. I'm in the process of replacing it but I'm currently in fear of being furloughed at my job due to Covid I work in a school district so unfortunately I have to cut where I can. The process was so simple and easy I believe I spoke with Lori sorry if I got her name wrong and it was only her first day when I signed up but she was very knowledgeable and helped me through the process no problems.
