I was a tenant before Storage Sense purchased the facility from the previous company. Not much changed other than the prices were raised and had to pay their unit insurance. Everything else remained the same, so it was a fairly good experience.

Everything was Great fast and service. a mistake on a unit that had a lock on the 10x10 unit. So I took it apone myself to move the unit to the next Open 1. It took a lil bit of Time. I got my storage locker almost 2 years ago I have sentimental value items and clothes with tags on them still life circumstances has me in a different state and just knowing my whole life is inside my storage locker and knowing that my whole life is secure is a whole lot of stress off of me every month I pay my storage locker I had auto pay for awhile I only stopped auto pay because I switched banks and there was a mix up I have to take responsibility in that situation as well however Storage Sense was completely understanding worked with me assured me that my storage locker and everything in it is completely safe I'm not going to loose anything because of a mix up so now I just call in every month pay my bill over the phone so I know exactly when the payment is coming out of my bank account and I get an email of the payment... Everybody who works in the office is amazing they genuinely care about their customers which gives me peace of mind knowing everything I worked hard for is safe until I am able to return back to Scranton I don't know when I'm going to be able to move back home to Scranton but I know when that time comes I will have my whole life waiting for me because of Storage Sense they my home away from home the price rate is still the same as it was when I first got my storage locker a $104 to know my whole life is secure is a price worth paying I wouldn't trust anybody else with my life like I trust Storage Sense.... Everybody in the office is a blessing and really amazing I can't say that enough.... When I go to Storage Sense to get stuff or put stuff in because it's months apart I will stop in the office just to say hello to who's working and let them know my appreciation..... Thank U all the employees at Store Sense for making my life just a little bit easier I definitely appreciate all of you all million times over

The Manager John Farley I do believe his name is, is professional and personable. He answered any questions I had, made me feel comfortable as this is the first time I’m ever renting a storage unit. He explained everything very well and he is there if I needed anything. Storage place is very secure and has cameras everywhere so you feel and know your belongings are safe. The storage place is also very clean and maintained.

Facility is clean and staff is friendly. Convenient and secure keypad entry to the facility, with personal security bolt on the unit itself. Waiting area is nice and there are plenty of hand trucks and dollies if you don't have your own. We were happy to get a space as it is limited, but we got lucky with the waiting list for the small 5x7.5" that we needed for temporary storage.

I have never had a storage unit before and was VERY nervous when I had to look for one. All my belongings are sentimental so I needed a place that would keep them safe. I’m the kind of person that always reads reviews. After doing some research, I found Safe and Sound Storage. The pricing was affordable and I LOVED the fact that it was climate controlled. The staff was very nice and informative. It’s very secure in regards to security, beautifully maintained inside and out and they provide an array of carts to help you move your belongings. There is a keypad at the entrance that requires your personalized code to get in and they also have an app that you can use to enter at ease. The customer break room is very convenient when you need to relax or want a snack. Personally, that came in handy many times. I would HIGHLY recommend Safe and Sound Storage to ANYONE❤️ Maria at the front desk is such a sweetheart. Trust me, you won’t regret using them to store your belongings.

This facility is new, very clean, has easy access (both walk up & loading dock), and has lots of tools (different types of carts to help with different needs) available to help make your moving items in/out as easy as possible. There is even an area to take a break including couch, vending machine & kids corner to keep little ones occupied while there. They really have thought of everything. It also is very secure and we've felt comfortable and safe accessing your items regardless of the time we've had to access our items.With all of those positives it would be hard to top, but honestly their entier staff is amazing! We were coming from a distance and unfortunately had very last minute issues which impacted our move-ins two different times (we rented multiple units) and Maria definitely went WAY above and beyond to help us, even on a holiday when she wasn't working. Thank you for such a positive and easy experience!

1st let me say i walked in as a customer and left with 2 new friends. Joe and Maria could not have been more helpful and accommodating. They are a very knowledgeable and friendly family run business. Joe & Maria didn't try to sell me anything, they showed me around the facility, they let me talk and they listened to what i wanted and needed. This facility is very secure well lit, clean and easy to get around. I had emailed them 2 times and with in 2 hrs. i received a reply to my questions. Seriously if you are looking for a storage unit in the area that is safe and secure, climate controlled and is user friendly. This is where you want to stop 1st. You will be very happy you did. Safe and Sound gained a customer but i gained 2 friends and would like to thank you so much for listening to what i needed.

Amazing place! Excellent pricing and super friendly staff/owner! Very safe and secure building; I have no qualms about unloading my stuff at 3am because I know I will be safe. The owner, Joe, is super friendly and very helpful...even went as far as to help me unload heavy boxes from my Jeep and into my storage space! If I could give this place 10 stars I would because they truly deserve it. It’s really hard to find good customer service these days but at Safe and Sound Storage, that’s all they know how to do!
