My store closed, I lost my house, my father died, and everything was a pandemic until 2023. The service of this place was extremely excellent when I was storing my belongings there. Charles and Patt are not only in charge of this place, but they are also beautiful human beings. They are understandable and very professional. The storage is always clean and there is never rubbish around. Everything very clean. Security is punctual and I will repeat it again and I will not tire of saying that the managers are excellent humble, kind and understandable people. Thank you for your support in my worst moments.

Quick and easy. Very friendly. I forgot to buy a lock and a man came and met me and supplied one right away. Clean storage unit and perfect size. Very satisfied

Very accommodating staff just no longer needed that big of space. Unfortunately the price increase kind of helped me make a decision sooner. But overall it was great being a tenant there for 3 years.

Everything fine except when Storage Sense bought Axis sudden price increases were shocking. Forced me to stop using. I'm on social security. I now have a van full of stuff trying to decide what to do with old family possessions.

The experience was fine it was clean safe and I didn't have to think about it the only reason I gave you four instead of five stars was in a car garage it would really be nice if there was electricity so you could run a battery tender so you can keep a battery charged so you get an a+and thanks again

We had a devastating flood on 9/1/2021 and had to move everything we own to storage. Axis was so helpful in getting us set up right away with a storage unit we were able to access immediately. Their customer service was exceptional!!

Highly recommend Axis self storage in Quakertown for storing your belongings. Brian is extremely courteous and friendly - he remembers your name when you walk in and opens the gate if he sees you pulling in. I never had a single issue in the 4-5 months I was there. Great experience!
