Clean area, storage units are nice and decently priced. When you leave under good circumstances and come back they knock off the administration fee. Very friendly employees that take what you say into consideration. Highly recommend Storage Sense.

I went in seeking a storage unit due to my home being destroyed by the Pottstown Explosion that killed 5 people. Both Brianna and Lauri were extremely sensitive and empathetic to my situation and offered me a generous discount.My interaction with them was warm and comforting. Everyone in the office has been very helpful over the years & always addresses our concerns ASAP. Laurie has always been a big help when we need extra space. We have the warehouse space next to the office & rent additional storage sheds from time to time. The only reason we r moving out of the 1 shed is because we sold everything inside.

I was able to set this up in a few minutes on my phone. I had an appointment set up with a different facility, and when I showed up to the office no one was there. Rented three units here for a year and a half. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rates are competitive for the area. One of my units had an electrical receptacle and light in the unit, and the other two had outdoor receptacles nearby. Ceilings are over 8’ tall. The facilities are well-maintained and relatively new. If I had to use self-storage in the Pottstown area again, this is where I’d go.

This place is called Chesmont storage and it is very expensive. Most of the staff was very very nice and helpful in the beginning of our adventure but one in particular was very snipey and a bit petty which was uncalled for. Don't ever lose your key to the very expensive lock, it will cost you! They charge you to have someone cut it off and you have to wait a day or so to get them there. Then of course you have to buy a new one! They have a dumpster on site which you are not allowed to use!?!? There is a ton of stink bugs in our clothes that were there for 2 months and a mouse or ten took up residence in a bag of clothes that we accidentally put in the storage. Everything else was okay and safe. All we could ask for right?
