Renting and using a Storage Sense storage locker was an easy and enjoyable experience! The storage locker was in great condition, and no damage to my belongings occurred in the 6 months I used the locker. If I needed to use a storage locker again, I would definitely come back to Storage Sense!

I needed a storage unit near Lewisburg, PA for the summer and Ideal Self Storage was perfect. It was so easy to use and they were very attentive. They emailed me back very fast if I ever had questions and were so nice on the phone. I recommend using Ideal Self Storage if you are looking for a seamless way to store your belongings!

Would be better if local office would answer the phone. The automated national answering system is frustrating. No one seemed to have any contacts for moving assistance which would have been very helpful.

It was extremely easy to rent the storage unit. I handled everything over the phone. The unit itself was large and clean. The instructions on how to access the unit were easy to understand and worked well. We were able to drive right up to our unit which also made it very convenient.

This will be the second time my group and I have rented out a unit with Ideal Storage! People are really friendly on the phone and it's super easy to book a unit, but it would be nice if the website was up-to-date so that it can be a different, available option than calling in.

I offer a five star review based on the customer service provided on the day of my move in. I had several communications challenges with my movers and received amazing quick assistance that enabled me to enter the facility through an alternate gate and to up-size my reserved space. What could have been a very stressful situation was met with calm grace and I was grateful.

overall experience was good and the unit was very easy to access. only minor issue was after moving out, as I received a call stating that my unit wasn't cleaned out properly. I believe this issue has been rectified, but it was a bit frustrating to hear that my account couldn't be closed because the unit wasnt empty...especially since I live over 200 miles away.

I have been very happy with the service that they provide and how they work with you and do everything they can do to satisfy your needs. The units themselves are very clean and the whole compound of these storage units is very neat and well protected. I would feel safe going there any time of the day or night because it is all lit up and very secure. I spoke to a lot of different storage unit places and by far this is the best one out of all of them. So I would recommend if you need a storage unit you call them because their name says it all they are ideal!

I moved cross-country from Ca to PA and needed to store my things until I could find a permanent home. I checked out several storage facilities before going with Ideal. they were friendly over the phone, helpful and accommodating, and, I had no problem accessing my storage unit when I pulled up with a truckload of my stuff. Other than a slight problem with our originally designated storage room being difficult to access due to a large school bus parked in a storage spot which prevented us from maneuvering our large vehicle around corners...which was rectified quickly by the office staff by giving us another unit in a different more easily accessible location.,the facility is clean...staff accommodating and priced right.
