The Lancaster PA team is so pleasant and really goes above and beyond to be of help, particularly Caleb. One day, we left a vacuum cleaner behind on the tarmac by mistake and he put it in the office till we were able to pick it up. Very satisfied with our experience.

Steve was great - such an easy (and fun!) check in! Made sure I saw the space so that I knew my stuff would fit. Started work early because we surprised him in the parking lot before the store opened (I read the hours wrong haha) and he was ready to help us no problem. Funny awesome guy!

We have used Storage Sense (formerly Snapbox) for 3 years. In all that time, we felt that our items were safe and stored securely. We stored a few of my mom's items in a unit but since she was going into skilled care, we knew it was time to get rid of the rest of her things. We didn't realize that we needed to give notice of vacancy. Caleb in the Lancaster office was so helpful and kind and gave us a break with the notice and even allowed us to finish up getting out of the unit on the next day without overcharge. He is definitely the epitome of good customer service and it's because of him that we would use Storage Sense again and also recommend it to our friends/family.

I have been renting a storage unit at this location for quite awhile and just ended my lease due to moving out of the area. My experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The staff are great to work with, and they have a variety of unit sizes available, very secure and well lit. I would not hesitate to rent a unit here again if needed, and recommend you make them your “first stop” when searching for a storage unit.

Nice clean safe storage units. A little bit more than some units but it’s easily accessible.The manager is very helpful. He explained everything I needed to know.They also saved my unit for a few weeks; however, they did tell me if someone came in wanting one like mine and they didn’t have any left I would have to come in immediately and pay for it.Thanks for everything.Kim A.

This place is and all right place to store your stuff. Don't be tricked by their website though I got the 5 by 15 storage unit on the website it said $68 but they add $20 in fees.

I have rented a storage shed with LANCO Mini Storage for 8 years. I would award them 10 stars, because they have the best customer service and go the extra mile!
