Everything was relatively easy to set up only issue we had was the actual state of the storage room which was kind of run down but didn't matter to much to us. Cancelling the unit was super easy when we were moving out. Just have them a call and didn't have to worry about anything else.

Awesome staff. Very clean premises. A lot of lights on premises which is great on winter evenings that it gets dark early. Prices on units are very reasonable compared to other storage places in the area.

Friendly reception & service is excellent in the beginning. Then after your boyfriend has made most of your payments on his card for a yr all of a sudden they wouldn't accept his c.c. You were standing next to him when he used ur phone to call n pay it so you know what was said. No problems, your now up to date, thank you. BS!!! I received an email n call after it was delinquent beyond my financial means. Everything important my family had owned for 3 generations was in there. A 1800 Gerstner machinist wood toolbox w/ original machinist handbook just as an example, Gone. Everything Gone. I can't bring myself to tell my family. I'm disappointed in me & them for the game they played.

This was my parent's storage unit. My dad passed away and my mom is in a home so I managed it then w a Power of Attorney. The office was very helpful and cooperative and the unit was dry and easily accessible. It is a good place to store items!
