I moved from NV to PA and needed storage for furniture. We had all kinds of issues with selling and moving but Storage Sense was the only place that things went smoothly. Brian went above and beyond and made sure we had no headaches with our storage. He was excellent to deal with and very professional and helpful. Highly recommend.

Good overall experience. Lack of 24 hour access is a downfall of the experience. Not everyone works regular daytime hours and limits their ability to get into their units. Cameras and Gate codes which you have should already for 24 hour access. Rates being bumped up at the same time being told that no one would be manning the office(cutting overhead) is also kind of a slap in the face to your tenants. Otherwise good experience

Look elsewhere! Rents doubled in 1.5 years. They will not contact you and let you know of any cost increases.There are no local on-site employees. All business handled by some shady email account. Won't return phone calls.I am sure they will respond to this review that they hear about the displeasure and to contact them at their email address, where they will proceed to do nothing.

Highly recommend! The entire process is extremely quick for set up and access to your unit. I always felt safe going to my unit. Facility was extremely clean. My personal belongings were very safe and secure. Would use again.

Great place to rent a storage unit from. On top of a hill so no flood worry's. Well lit at night, a very safe and secure place. Always clear in the winter of snow and ice as well.

Been using this place for a while now while I'm in between houses. My parents also use this storage unit. It's well maintained, has friendly staff, isn't ridiculously over priced, and had food sized units.
