Storage Sense - Mentor

I have had storage units here for several years. Other than high rental rates and reduced hours of access its a good place. Moved my last unit out. Went to facility on 10/24/22 and had employee check the unit. He said, Thanks for doing my job, it's empty and clean!". No paperwork, he took me out of the system. Nice and simple process.

Both times I've stopped - first to view, then to rent, Herman was at the desk. Herman is pleasant, cheerful, helpful and just plain old nice. I completed most of the rental agreement on line, so when I stopped to get my passcode, etc., the process was fast. The units are clean and the entire area seems well-maintained.

The rates are reasonably priced however I feel that you should only have to pay an insurance once instead of every month if they can find a way to make him that more of a thing they depending on the time limit that you plan on being in the storage unit because paying $13 a month for storage Insurance really not ideal however the staff there has always seem to be you nice friendly and appropriate

The manager is very polite and friendly. She will also make sure, once you decide on a unit, it is swept while you fill out paperwork. The entire process was very easy. The aisles are spacious enough for two trucks to fit, easily. I have no problem loading and off loading.
