New, nice, neat and clean. I was able to rent a unit online. Love that contactless renting and online payments are an option. Loved that the store manger's name is Angel Smith. Had to go in to get a copy of my ID turned in. If you love or hate scary movies, the lights on the inside are motion activated. Sometimes the lights in my unit will turn off even if I'm moving in there. Then I have to wave my arms and they will come right back on. It looks like a great place to store an RV or boat with the covered parking spaces. There is also regular paid parking too.

Listen y'all. This Storage Sense location is on the money. The facility is clean and accessible. The staff is amazing and very professional and they are on-site. Shana at the front desk is so personable and kind. I recently moved my belongings there because of a horrible experience with another facility. I am so happy I found Storage Sense.

Phenomenal storage facility. Customer service is amazing. Angel has an outstanding personality, loves what she does and her customers. Security is top notch with around the clock surveillance from Angel and property owner. Facility is meticulously maintained. Angel goes above and beyond to understand the needs of her customers and makes recommendations using her expertise to make sure customers are renting the size unit they will need for it’s intended use. I contacted several storage facilities before I found Storage Sense -Mebane and none of them came close to the sense of security, customer service, and caring of my needs that I got from Angel and the owner of the property. Somebody give this woman a raise! Go check them out if you are looking for top quality storage; you want be disappointed!

This storage facility is amazing! It is clean and new and the facility manager, Angels is gem! Awesome Awesome customer service!!! From the phone call to confirm my reservation online, it was made with ease absolutely hassle free! Angel is very personable and sweet and due to that my entire family rent there, when needed, this property is only a lil over a year old and 0 mishaps! Angel Always run unmatched specials that will certainly keep us coming back, even if they didn’t the quality of service is worth every penny and more! Also, for each referral you get a $50 discount off your unit as well as the referred and that’s in addition to any running special, and they also honor Vets, yes you can get that good ole military discount. I will drive the mile to be here, not moving my things anywhere else! 😊

Angel is wonderful! We are relocating from Arizona and needed RV storage close to our home for when we arrive for good. We were going to stop at another facility first, but they were closed on a Saturday. And thank goodness they were! Angel was so pleasant to work with, and we were signed up and ready for our arrival in no time! The facility is clean and has a ton of monitored cameras, and the RV parking has plenty of maneuverability for pulling thru (covered) or backing up (uncovered).

For someone who has served in two branches of the military and government service for 45 years, I have used the services of countless self-storage companies. The customer service I received during my contract process with Angel was the best ever, bar none. She took the time to provide me a tour of the entire building and exterior grounds, answering all my questions, all the while beaming with pride about the facility she manages. She was cordial, informative, thorough, and enthusiastic about her job and the services she offers her community. It’s extremely rare to see such customer service today in any industry.
