Getting in and out of the facility is a breeze. I feel comfortable with the place and it’s great to have my car so close to the airport.

It was a lot difficult to get anyone to answer the phone at this establishment. I called for multiple days. I did finally get a hold of the manager who was nice. She gave me a quote immediately and I came. I rented a 10x5 unfortunately it had ceiling problems and a leak , it wasn’t checked before rented and should have been. Locking mechanism was rusted out as well. However all of my issues were handled professionally once brought to their attention.

Shawna was simply outstanding. She represents the company well and always conducts herself in a professional manner. Shawna was able to accommodate storage for my recreational equipment. Shawna provided me with a tour of the entire property to include my rental spot. As I prepared to leave the property, a couple entered the business and asked me if I thought the property was safe to store items. I relayed to the couple I am a 36 year law enforcement veteran and if I had any doubt regarding safety of Storage Sense, i never would have signed a lease.
