Very Educated and very understandable of how the process of renting their unit ! I have moved all my stuff in safe ! Easy Access, and was very helpful of getting me set up with a lock for protection I suggest getting their locks ! I am ver please how respectful and how I was treated through this process !!! Units were clean and if you need more space he is willing to put you into something that you’ll be assigned with according to your needs ! I felt my needs were granted and he knew what I was looking for and put my things safe ! Goal Completed and thank you again for making my move easier !

Jerry Heathcote was very helpful in answering my questions, explaining the security login procedure and hours of operation. He accompanied me to the assigned unit, opened it and showed how the lock worked. I would have rated it a five star, but the rollers of the door and tracking look very old and the door is difficult to raise. Jerry did spray the tracking, but it still isn’t smooth.

Storage Sense was a great place to keep my belongings for the last 5 years. It is a clean, well maintained facility with gated security that helped me have peace of mind that my stuff was safe. Jerry was very helpful anytime I had questions or concerns about my unit. Overall, would recommend using Storage Sense to keep your belongings.

Everything was fine until I was locked in from inside I think you guys need to still let your costumer out inside of locking them in I got to the gate at 10:01 from loading my unit and had to wait 30 minutes and call the police to be let out

We were only there a short time. On move out, our key broke in the lock and your staff was so helpful in getting us into our unit. They of course, verified by asking for identification, which was a relief to know they held our unit in safe regard.

They made setting up my storage situation (renting a place to store a vehicle, rather than a normal storage unit) simple, during a time when everyone else in town was making it complex. The attendant who helped me through the paperwork was great, and all told, things simply went as they should be.

4724 S. Creyts Rd. location was very convenient and manager made me feel welcome when I walked in. Friendly staff and location was clean and saw manager policing the grounds several time when I was there. Always said hello and thanked me for being a customer. I will have no problem renting there again soon. When a company has such a concerned employee it in itself is a valuable asset. Looking forward to doing business there again.
