Ownership of the facility had changed hands while i was renting a unit. No isssues with the new owners. More units had been built and property has been cleaned up a bit better than before.

I was pleased with this storage facility when I first moved into my unit, but was displeased after it was sold to your organization and the next thing I hear is that you're raising the prices. This is why I moved out as quickly as I was able. Another item that was a constant annoyance was your computer systems inability to provide a proper electronic receipt following payment. The email receipts I always received never included the day of payment. Fortunately, the kind ladies at the Bourbonnais facility were always accommodating in providing me with a complete receipt copy.

They were kind enough to show me a couple different sizes while in my decision process, the lease signing was quick and easy, and they even let me use the free truck with my rental! That was a great help to get all my things moved at once! 24 hour access is definitely a big plus as well!
