I moved back to Augusta from Tennessee and chose this location because of location. I am so glad I did. From the first day to the last, the staff were so helpful and provided the best customer service. Questions were always answered quickly; they provided helpful tips and made the check-out process go very smoothly and fun - if moving can be fun :>). Arlene made the experience a pleasure and that’s a tall order for what is typically a transactional experience. I a walk in customer who had an immediate need for a unit & she was able to get me in and out in short order. While I was there, though she was welcoming, friendly and a great ambassador for the brand. She also took a lot of care to describe the types of disallowed items and some interesting reasons why. She taught me some things that I will undoubtedly ask before renting a unit at other places in the future!

Adam and Arlene were great with assisting me and my family. I needed a storage unit in a very short amount of time and they both were able to meet my needs. Everything was great, I received a call from Arlene after submitting my application online and she was wonderful. She helped me with setting up the code for my lock, front gate, and even gave me instructions on how to get to my unit with a moving truck/trailer. I spoke with the young lady who placed me in the systems approximately 2 weeks prior to renting. When we went to purchase, my information was in the system. The gentleman walked us through everything! VERY THOROUGH!. Then he showed us the unit. He also checked to see if the locked purchased worked properly. I want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT TO Arlene the Manager at this location. I was so far behind in life and got behind on my storage bill and almost lost my unit! She is very persistent and kept me on track. I now just today paid my storage off to keep it from the auction block!
