I have had numerous storage units in different locations in Florida over the last 15 years or so. But it is very rare I feel the way I do about this one. Kevin and Tracey are absolutely fantastic. Always helpful, always very pleasant, always want to solve the little problems and all done with a very positive, polite and happy demeanor. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by Tracy. She was very polite, friendly extremely helpful with answers to my questions. She showed me available spaces, so I could choose which one worked best for me. The following day I decided to move my trailer there, so I went in and was greeted by Kevin who took care of the paperwork. Kevin was also very friendly and helpful.

Tracy was very sweet, greeted us as soon as we walked in. I told her exactly what I needed and she was able to set me up with exactly that. The two ladies Kathy and Tracy at the North US1 location in Vero Beach Florida are during a terrific job. They are knowledgeable helpful and are out and about numerous times a day making sure all is well with everything they can handle. My proud example starts with the day I mistakenly left my motorhome door wide open and returned home. While making her evening rounds before closing up for the night. Kathy noticed my door open and called me immediately. I was on the premises in 15 minutes closing and locking the door properly. We were experiencing a rainstorm that evening although it passed north of us it sure taught me a lesson to be more careful. I could have had a big mess and damage to my or my new rv. I thank Kathy so much for being alert and contacting me immediately. These two ladies make a great crew for your facility. On the flip side, the electrical control panel that operates the arms and the gates need immediate attention. The doors are open and the rest prohibits them from being closed. It is just a matter of time until complete corrosion takes over and the Gates become inoperable. Thank you so very much keep up the good work Rick Bowman retired US Coast guard and fort Lauderdale fire rescue.

I had two weeks to move out of my place and find another. Finding a place, much less storage space in November is next to impossible in Vero Beach. Storage Sense had onespace and I was able to do it all online. The office personnel has always been very kind and considerate. Vero Beach Storage Sense is awesome. I have rented from them for over 2 years now. Tracy and Ed are both so nice and accommodating. Tracy has helped me a number of times on the phone and in person and is so friendly, which is not normal in todays world. They both go above and beyond to try to make their customers happy. The facility is ALWAYS clean. They must mop all those floors daily, because everytime I go there, (at least once a week), the floors are always clean! Everytime I go I think "how in the world are the floors always so clean!?!" I'm a clean freak, my friends say, "there's clean and then there's SHERRY clean" so I notice this type of stuff. I have a temperature regulated unit and even in the dead of summer in Florida, it dosen't get too hot. They always have rolling flat bed carts and dollies out for anyone to use. I use the rolling flat bed carts everytime I go, it is such a nice extra perk for us customers. If you need a storage unit I highly recommend calling Tracy or Ed, they will help you with a smile, unlike other places that act like you're bothering them.

I store my boat at this facility and for the second time in 18 months I've experienced significant financial loss due to the lack of security. Last night burglars were successful in cutting off my 200HP motor and walking out of the yard with it. As if that wasn't enough the facility didn't call to tell me the motor was stolen...the police notified me. Very disappointed in the security oversight and lack of concern the company has with their customers.
