The office staff was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The only change that I would recommend you considering is having a discount for active duty servicepeople, veterans and disabled veterans. These people have all signed on the bottom line for up to and including their lives. we were surprised by a exorbitant increase in monthly rent from $179 to $270 a month without any notice. we asked to move to a drier unit as there was water in the back end of unit 520 so they accommodated our request and we moved to 523. The new contract for 523 included this huge rent increase. When I asked how they justified the increase, they stated that it was in line with their competition.

Pricing is right. Access isn't so great, the gate only opens and closes at a specific time. There are no codes or keys for access beyond that. There are 3 gates but the other 2 are almost never open which is really inconvenient. Backing a 26 ft truck all the way out isn't fun. Also the "automatic" light in my unit works randomly. I've had to bring my own light the last few times because it doesn't turn on. There is also NO lighting around the buildings so when you're unloading you are literally in the dark.

My fiance & I share a unit here. They are the best bang for your buck & we've never had any issues with anything. Lauren is very knowledgeable & friendly!! Would definitely recommend to family, friends, or anyone who needs to store anything. I just wish they had another location a bit closer to us, but this one is near my job & it's worth it for the price.
