Aaron was so efficient, attentive, and personable! Prior to actually renting a unit, I had called around pricing units. It was at that time that I was first impressed with his professionalism. Because his quote wasn't even close to the least expensive, I was quickly ready to move on to my next call. But Aaron was enthusiastic in asking questions that told him how to better speak to my needs. I said I would consider my options and call back. Aaron made a follow up call a few days later, I rarely see this type of service anywhere anymore. It wasn't the prices or location that sealed the deal, it was the exceptional customer service and followup call that got my business. I hope the company appreciates and values the service provided by this young man!

I recently had an unexpected move and had to rent a storage. Aaron was so personable. He has such a kind heart. He was closing walking out actually and turned around to stay late to help me that day. He went as far as to provide me with a discount for my month. I was so touched by his kindness that I would refer this place to anyone who wants an overall amazing experience.

Best storage place in town by far. The manager went above and beyond to make sure my experience was easy, quick, and trouble free.i felt like the price for the unit I got was fair and after a week I got a courtesy call to make sure everything was good with my unit and if I had any other questions. That is service I haven't received before especially for something like a storage unit. Highly recommended.

The website was pretty misleading, it didn't specify where the storage unit was, (Hathaway or Yampa), so you guys got an up sell out of someone's desperation. The unit is extremely clean, it would be nice to have 24 hour access, considering I work nights.

Love this facility. From the staff to the location and hours of access storage sense stands out as the best the springs has to offer for your storage needs. Ann was extremely helpful and knows what she is talking about when it comes to the storage world. She is a joy to be around and helpful as anyone could be. Andrew is probably the nicest man I've met in years. Knowledgeable and extremely outgoing. Always looking to improve your storage experience by going over and above. Jerod was super helpful in assisting us with renting our unit today! First,Andrew and Ann provide great customer service, do not expect much security, surveillance cameras are only around the office area, there are none in the back row, nor are there any working lights in the back row. The perimeter "fence"is made of hollow tubes and can be bent or broken by a 12 year old. The unit next to mine has been wide open for weeks and someone has peeled back the tin wall and can see into my unit but can't get in, Yet...And yes my unit has been broken into, be careful and get a unit right behind the office

It was mostly good, but some moisture got into my storage unit. Mostly everything was fine, but my pillow did get ruined.Some insects also got inside the unit. I don't personally care very much, but some people might not appreciate itOn a positive note, the price was really good.

My experience with your Storage Sense has been nothing but Amazing and pleasent. Their property owner Andrew it's amazing and knowledgeable does not give you the run-around like other storage places that I've rented from an the front desk lady Ann is always Pleasant and she keeps the grounds very neat and clean it's always amazing to have a property manager on site to know your storage is safe and secure. I would reccommend Storage Sense to anyone looking for a storage unit.

From moving in to moving out, Andrew was insanely helpful! I had a slight problem with my move out in understand exactly how to move out and there was a misunderstanding with another employee. I assumed this conversation was going to be a headache and wasn’t looking forward to it.I was pleasantly surprised when I reached Andrew on the phone and he was so kind and immediently helpful to my situation. I didn’t seem like a burden or a problem to him at all, he even offered to help me outside of their normal business hours to make it more convenient for me! He was truly a pleasure to work with and a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service that I’ve seen in Colorado Springs.Storing with this company was hassle free, and the one issue I did come across was quickly resolved by this outstanding manager. Thankful I chose to do buisness with them and will be recommending them!!
