I recently had a disappointing experience with your front desk customer service. When I asked for clarification with instructions for inputting the code, the rep was rude. When I brought his rude behavior to his attention, he responded with a condescending “sorry you feel that way” instead of a genuine apology. This dismissive response showed a complete lack of accountability and respect. I expected better customer service and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, this experience has left a negative impression, and I hope the management takes steps to address such behavior in the future.
