Not only does this location have a great property management team, but has one of best security surveillance systems I have seen at a storage facility.3. Darren really went the extra mile when I was moving from TN to AL and needed storage due to housing market being difficult to obtain a house. I was panicking about where to store all my things and he was calming and assured me he could help. This was the day I was moving and had forgotten to confirm a storage area. Darren and his staff were professional, friendly and gave excellent service. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Prices are good especially when you see it. Clean facilities (Lot and Office), easily maneuvered (RV), Secure (The guy in front of me stopped to ensure I did not tailgate the access gate behind him, I liked it because I do it). Check in quick, guided and pointed out my spot and was able to come back that night and park it.The Story behind my review if you wish to read on...... Reserved a spot online for a 38 Ft RV over the weekend. They called to confirm on Monday and I booked it and moved in about 10 days later when I completed the purchase of RV. Got the RV there during closed hours and it would not quite fit length because of ladder and mirrors so I left the door open and reserved a larger spot online that night. They called me by lunch to confirm and see what they could do to get me moved. We adjusted account over the phone and I moved it that night. Locked up tight, with a little electricity to keep it charged. Thanks!!

Never had any problems. They were helpful when we called. When we cleaned out our storage spot, they forgot to record it. They called us during the lot walk through and they saw it unsecured. They called to let us know out of concern. It was very much appreciated.

Kay is the newest manager of this facility and is the most responsive to customer needs. Since Storage Sense has taken over this facility, the service has gone from a 3-star to a 5-star. New owner turned it around!! Keep up the good work!!Old review: Quite possibly the worst manager of a business I have ever met. He usually smells strongly of cigarette smoke and has holes in his dirty, unwashed clothing. Verbally assaulted me on the property the other day when I was dropping off something at my storage unit. Then told me to get my belongings and get out. Would not give me a written eviction notice or tell me owner's name. After I left the property the manager called me back saying he had spoken with the owner and that it was OK to store my belongings in my unit after all. Unbelievable. Left owner a message and still have not heard back.
