My son goes to Lawrence and for the second year now we have rented a storage space at Storage Sense to keep clothes, household goods, a refrigerator, and other items over the summer instead of moving them back and forth from out home state. Jacob has helped us both times and is phenomenal at answering questions, helping with paperwork, and ensuring we are satisfied with our rental experience. He is always polite, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The facility itself is great! The units are indoors (a plus especially in summer and winter), climate controlled, and always kept clean. I really enjoy the carts/trolleys that are available to help you move stuff from your car to your unit. Storage Sense has been a great experience all the way around!

When I arrived, the gentleman who checked me in was very pleasant and provided me with all the information I would need for the facility. He even explained how the lock worked and walked with to show me where the unit was located. Overall a very pleasant and seamless experience.

Awesome hours, easily accessible. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making sure they gave as much info as possible on everything, from basic interior storage community rules all the way to saving money on monthly fees. This is my first time renting a storage shed and I would highly recommend it to anyone after being greeted and treated so well.

Jacob was fantastic. He answered my many phone call questions. Then he set me up and explained everything in detail. Showed me my storage, hiw to use the pin pad & told me to call anytime if I needed something. Best place & employee ever!

After we ordered a unit online, the staff from the local office called us to ensure that we were taken care of and explained to us the process of stopping in to get a key and the gate code. When we arrived, he showed us to our unit and was extremely nice and helpful.

Jacob was so friendly from the moment we walked through the door. He took the time to show us around and made sure we felt comfortable using our lock. He was available to answer all of our questions. Mike arrived later and made sure to introduce himself and let us know he was also available if there were any questions. The storage unit itself is very clean and well maintained, and the price is great - especially with the current promotion! We're very happy with our decision to store our belongings here.

I've rented from them twice and both times my things were always the same condition as I put them in the storage as I took them out. They are reasonable price. I would recommend them to everyone if they would need a storage unit.

The facility was very large, very clean, and very well maintained. The facility drive through provides easy access to units, especially those along the drive through. I always felt that my stuff was secure at this facility, and never had any problems with pests. The price is a bit on the higher side, but certainly well worth it considering the on-site security and climate-controlled storage units.

Mike the manager at Appleton, is amazing. He couldn’t stress enough about how this is supposed to be safe place for everyone that has storage unit and if anything happens to come to him. He made me feel comfortable and welcome, and his entire demeanor shows that he means everything he says. I won’t be visiting my unit often, but I’m glad there’s a manager on site like Mike.

Storage Sense is a nice facility to store your items. Being climate controlled and the ability to drive right in to your unit makes a huge difference. The cost might seem high, but what isn't today? It's clean too. Sometimes when the doors don't work, it's a frustration.

Absolutely one of the best customer experiences I've had in any dealing in several years - as I drove up, my initial impressions of cleanliness and security were confirmed along with the friendly and competent attention from the moment I walked in (Mike) - I got a tour, I was shown my space, and the setup of my account was quick and easy. The setup of the facility in general is really well thought out and my car unload/unit load-in process went quickly with easy access and the cart that was provided was much appreciated.

I stopped in because I made the decision to move out of my apartment, but my work schedule wouldn't allow me to move to my new place hundreds of miles away for a few months. It was my first stop in my search and Jacob told me what he had available and gave me a tour to show me the facility and available units. He was great and extremely professional.I left, figuring I would do some more research. I saw that I could reserve and pay online. And get my first month free. That place ocess was SO EASY! Easy to pay online as well.Obviously, I don't need this unit forever, but the ability to drive in and load and unload out of the Wisconsin elements is worth every dime! And you can get packing/moving there as well as Penske rental vehicls. I would definitely recommend them.

Reasonably affordable; I like the added security of the code and gated entry while entering & leaving. I enjoy that it's a climate controlled environment. Very convenient, you can get packages shipped here, to the office, and bring them to your storage unit! It's pretty nice, clean and they have a restroom. Just note: They do have office hours that you have to abide by when picking up packages that you get delivered.

The most important thing to me was knowing that my belongings were safe.
