Great storage facility! Prices are good, the facility is spotless, they have all the supplies you need. Security cameras are everywhere, and the payment arrangements are very reasonable.

I reserved storage unit online went in and checked in with manager day we got to town. She took me out to look at storage unit should of reserved next size bigger but made it work. Simple and no hassle great place for storage rental on north side is storage sense! Great experience! Good easy manager to work with!!! Sincerely Gerald Kirk

Needed a storage close by, easily made reservation online for a unit and went in to complete the rental. Convenient location, is very clean, and Stacy was very helpful and friendly!! She got us all set within minutes, explained everything to us and answered all our questions! Thank you Stacy!

The initial rental process was fast, easy and extremely efficient. The representative on the phone was professional, friendly and so very helpful. The storage unit was clean, well lit and easy to find. The property is neat, tidy and laid out and organized nicely. When I vacated the unit, the process was so simple. Great experience all the way around. Highly recommend.

I like Storage Sense a lot. We rented 2 climate controlled spaces there. We just moved into a slightly bigger home, we closed one of the spaces and kept the other. Been with them for more than 4 years. Really positive experience!!!

Love the location, very friendly staff, well maintained and clean. Never had any issues with flooding. The rental rates are very reasonable that included bday discounts, especially for long term rentals. If I have a storage need in the future they would be my 1st choice.

I have been a customer since 2007. I have never had a negative issue, not one. The facility and grounds are very clean and well maintained. They also did not flood during Hurricane Harvey! While I do hope to have my own place one day, until then I know my personal treasures are in great hands.

Just signed up for a storage unit and the process was really straight-forward and easy. The property manager was super nice, showed me around and answered all my questions. She also reviewed everything. I was in and out and had my rental in 30 minutes. And the documents were all electronic. No wasted paper.

Diane S. was so helpful in every way & was a large part of why we decided on Life Storage. We are so glad we did. We received a tour of the facility with tips about access and was able to use the flatbeds with the move in. Diane even walked us through the gate access procedure. I came in to get a bag for my Christmas tree, and was greeted by the store manager and assistant manager. Unfortunately they did not have any Christmas tree bags but they were so nice and if I ever need storage I will definitely come back to Storage Sense.
