Reba and Kelsey were wonderful to work with. We are renting this unit for business storage. Kelsey was great over the phone going through information on the unit and what we needed to do to complete our rental. The next day, I met Reba at the location and she was engaging, friendly, and informative throughout the process. She represented the company in a spectacular way!

Exceptionally friendly and helpful from the original reservation request to the actual move-in and follow-up. We were in a pinch and needed a facility in a hurry and I can honestly say that if we ever need another unit in the future, Storage Sense 873 in Plano will be my first call!

I was needing a storage unit about 3 years ago, and then a year later needed another one. So now I have two here. I've already got a unit with another company in Wylie, Texas and you'd think the rate for renting a unit would be cheaper in a more rural town, but it's been much more affordable right in the middle of Plano at the Storage Sense off of Hedgecoxe. Kelsey and Reba have always been very friendly and helpful whenever I've come in, and even remember my name as soon as I walk in the door of the office. This company truly knows the value of their customers.

Good place to place stuff you can't currently place in your location that you're living due to the stuff you've already placed there hoping the next place you place your stuff will have more places to place your stuff without additional places storing your stuff

The space place os kept clean, and I feel safe leaving my belongings in one of their units. With more locations openings I will be able to refer more friends and family to them! (:

I needed a unit for a month and picked this place because of the reviews. The girl at the front desk is extremely helpful and has great customer service. I also needed to use the moving truck and the process was easy and the cost was extremely reasonable! If I need a storage in the future I would most definitely come back and also refer friends and co workers. My unit 2129 was clean and overall I think it's a safe place to store your items.Thank you Storage Masters for great customer service! Job well done!-B. Harris

Great experience. The employees were very friendly and offered a discount upon signing up for a unit. Great location off of the interstate. The location is secure. The unit itself was very clean and spacious. Couldn't find a lot of storage units that offered a 10' x 30'.

I had a wonderful experience with Storage Masters!!! Being able to use there truck instead of renting one was a big plus. The facility is in a very safe location and they maintain the grounds well. I feel that my belongings are in a safe place.

Rented a storage masters unit. The manager was very helpful and being able to us the moving truck was a big help. Only complain is there use of "free use of moving truck" then they charge you $15 for insurance? Still $15 is way cheaper then renting a truck myself. Unit is very clean, and I like the fact that they have a bathroom on site that you can us.
