Everything went smooth. Except for the fact that the corporate offices will not let the associates quote the actual dimensions of the storage facilities. For instance, I initially rented an 8X 10 unit. But it only measured 7 1/2 x 8 1/2.

Everyone has been extremely helpful with my storage needs. I'm a general contractor and have two units. They has been times I have had to leave a key with the office and they would receive the delivery for me if I put them on a list. They would have to show ID and that shows how great the security is. Very safe and clean. It has been a refreshing experience compared to units I have rented in the past. If it's near you and you are shopping for a storage unit this is the place. Matt H.

Signing up on my laptop was not working and I kept getting an error that did not tell me anything when I selected I have insurance and another question. I ended up having to sign up using my phone. Based off of what I was reading, it looked like I was going to be able to select my unit, but that was never an option. Also, wished I could have selected a gate code of my own. Otherwise, it was quick and easy. Which while I am nesting and just wanting to get things cleaned and organized, that is very helpful.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. If a district manager could reach out to me I would greatly appreciate it. Your store manager needs is rude and blatantly lied to me over the phone.Update: Spoke with the district manager and she was extremely nice and understood where I was coming from. I was needing a storage unit about 3 years ago, and then a year later needed another one. So now I have two here. I've already got a unit with another company in Wylie, Texas and you'd think the rate for renting a unit would be cheaper in a more rural town, but it's been much more affordable right in the middle of Plano at the Storage Sense off of Hedgecoxe. Kelsey and Reba have always been very friendly and helpful whenever I've come in, and even remember my name as soon as I walk in the door of the office. This company truly knows the value of their customers.
