Awesome customer service, very clean & secure units, easy access to making payments and convenient located here in Huntsville, Texas. The only complaint is the farther the unit is from the door or office, the more it cost! That’s why I had to combine my units into 2 instead of the convenient 3 that I had. Keep up the Awesomeness! Thanks I’m not moving out!!!

I was really surprised that I could purchase a store room on Sunday. It really helped us out due to having to move my aunt's estate at the last minute. The rep that assist me was very informative and tentative. Answered all my questions and concerns without any hesitation. It was an easy transition from the beginning. The customer service is awesome and the communication skills were fantastic. It was also very affordable and convenient location. The staff is very professional, helpful and courteous. Even when I vacated the lease it was very easy.

It was a bit of a hassle doing the online reservation. I ended up having to call multiple times to figure it out since the store closed at 2pm on Saturday which we didn’t really like either but the overall experience was quite delightful.

Camille is the best storage customer service agent I have ever dealt with. I have moved a lot in the last few years and have had some terrible experiences with Uhaul and Public Storage. She went above and beyond to get me in an out safely and I had some logistical challenges with such a big rv. I would definitely recommend this location. Her service was stellar.

Clean and well maintained facilitie, tons of options in regards to size of storage unit, climate or non-climate controlled, friendly staff, secure and well lit, priced fairly and reasonably. Whenever we need a little more space than we have at the house this is where we turn to! Worth every penny to have our belongings nearby and safe but out of our way when need be over here.
