Setting up to get a storage unit was very quick and easy. No hiccups at all! Everything went to plan! I liked that they have traps and rodent repellent all around the units to make sure all of our items will continue to be pest free! I like that there are extra security measures in place so I know my items are secure!

The. service Sandy provided at Houston Will Clayton at 69 north location was superb. The only thing I did not like she was working alone with no help to help serve other customers. One other thing you should create a system to where customers could have access to furniture carts and hold them responsible for checking them back in or have a weekend staff person to work on week ends.

I have called several storage locations and I must say Ms. Sandy was very professional and informative. She knew her prices for each unit size also informed me of specials they were running. Every other place I called either put me on hold long periods of time or was talking to other customers while talking to me. Ms. Sandy appeared to be very eager to assist me. I've been in that storage unit right before covid and I've really like how they helped with alot of my concerns. Security is great with the cameras and access codes. Only issue is that tenants took advantage of the carts so now its alittle tougher to use any after hours.

I had been storing with this company since they were Extra Space Storage and a different crew of management July 2017 to be exact. But I want to discuss the latest management. Ms. Sandy was a Godsend in my life I’ve dealt with her on two separate occasions and both times could’ve been horrible but she was willing to help me as much as she could. And now that I’m no longer there I just want to say Thank you, Ms. Sandy for all that you do and taking a chance on me. Remember that God is still working and restoring.

Ms. Sandy was so happy and sweet. She is extremely knowledgeable and had an answer for any questions, not that I had too many because she was very informative. I did notice that she had to type in all card info because her swiper doesn’t work. Sandy is absolutely amazing! When I called To ask questions about the change, automatic payments, and The like; I felt valued, heard, and appreciated. With Storage Sense now taking over this location where my organization has had our storage for at least about 10 years I was apprehensive about the changeover however, she made sure that my payments continue to come out as scheduled, my information was updated and that if I needed anything else, she was available to assist me through the process. I’m not one to normally always leave a review because like everyone else life can get busy however, I most definitely had to stop and let the world know how my experience Has been! With the impending change of ownership, we considered moving, but we most definitely will be staying. Thank you, thank you, Sandy!

I was informed that there would be a unit of my desired size around the time I would be ready to move in. Sandy provided me with all the information that was required for a smooth transition. She was informed that I was working out out town and had to relocate an entire apartment and a large storage. I wasn’t quite sure if my arrival time. The week of my tentative move, she did a follow up again explaining the process and making sure I was still interested in the unit.Sandy was very professional and understanding of what strain I was in alone with being knowledgeable of her availability, policy and procedure and how of service she could provide.
