Rates were a little bit too high for me. But overall, they are pretty nice. Clean and the grounds well kept and lit at night.

It is wonderful in this world of technology to actually get a live person. Each time I've had to contact the office, I never had a long extended wait, or keep hearing a recorded message. I have been late a few times, and I was always able to make arrangements in order to keep my unit.
