Only issue I had was the gate code but with a quick call and a very nice lady getting me sorted very quickly. Even got a follow up text a couple days later. So far it’s been a great experience.

I have rented through storage sense in Lawrenceburg TN twice both tines have been easy to get a unit and the units are spacious, clean, and more room than I needed. When I got to where I couldnt afford the rent, customer service was friendly and helpful in cancelling my unit.

I was disappointed to see, after having rented a large unit, that it is so close to a fence, no truck can be backed up to it. On moving day, I will be blocking the drive and several other units. Now, I have to worry about a potential problem with this, and possibly having to load a truck that's parked far away from the unit.
