It has been great overall. Only complaint is that we never had a working light bulb in the unit. We thought that the bulb was burnt out so we changed it ourselves, but that did not fix it. We let management know, but nothing ever changed. We just used headlamps or the head lights of our car if we needed to be in the unit after dark.

The price is a lot better than I expected. With that being said I figured my rate would be prorated for the rest of this month and then that the following month would begin on the 1st. Instead your payment due date and the billing is from the date you moved in. In addition to that I wasn't initially expecting a $20 admin fee.

We were customers for almost 2 years! We had the best experience with Storage Sense! I would HIGHLY recommend! The facility was always so clean, and the staff was always so nice and accommodating! We had a climate controlled unit, and it was more than expected! We moved out of the unit due to moving out of state, and it wasn’t hot when moving out! I have had climate controlled unit at other places, and it was not a comfortable temp but better than outside. Storage Sense cares!

I stopped by to see a storage unit on a Saturday morning. Joel greeted me and took me to see the unit. Within about 15 minutes, the paperwork was completed! Staff has great customer service. Nice facility. I'm so thankful that I found a bigger unit for better price last minute. Moving across country is stressful enough. This process was the best I've had so far. Units are well maintained. Just wish the back gate would've worked for exiting in moving truck. They did have an area to turn around though so not a big deal.

The storage room was clean and secure and competitively priced. The personal service was friendly and excellent. After one visit I neglected to push the latch closed fully before locking. I was contacted by phone and told that they had made their daily rounds and discovered my unit was not properly secured. I might not have been aware for days or weeks if not for the friendly call. Don't know anything about the storage units, but returned my Uhaul rental there. Super nice guy that checked me in, and after the experience I had picking it up in Louisville, Ky, I said I'd never use Uhaul again, but I'll definitely rent off this place if they have what I need.
