Kristina (the manager) has been BEYOND amazing. She not only has been kind and professional when we have talked, but she has been proactive in helping me set up the storage unit. Instead of waiting for me to call, she took it upon herself to call me with information needed which has saved me SO MUCH stress. It was easy to use I really liked the automatic gate open when leaving but when they changed it the guy that put it in moved the buttons a mile away but other than that the lady up front on Clements ferry was the best! She was always nice and checked on everything every morning and she was always helpful!

Kristinia was great from the moment my wife first talked to her on the phone. We shopped several storage places and once she talked to Kristinia, she didn't want to go anywhere else. The prices in the area are all generally the same. Storage Sense offered the most options for what we needed and we were able to find a good spot that fit our small camper.Kristinia needs a golf cart or small pickup so she doesn't need to drive that big truck around. You could offer the small pickup for rent or as a bonus for people who rent units to bring their stuff.

We live in NH and store our RV with trailer at Storage Sense in Wando.We arrived by Uber and were dropped off at the office with all our luggage. After learning we were planning to carry our luggage all the way to our RV the Office Manager quickly locked up the office got a vehicle and drove us to our RV space with all our luggage.She made sure we wereall set for a smooth exit. I was screwed over by Home Depot Fort Lauderdale when renting a Penske truck- they gave me the truck with the cargo area filled with debris/trash/glass and said "we dont clean the trucks..and when I drop off the truck in SC I should let them know"... So I had to spend 1 hour prior to packing , cleaning everything out-Finally when I arrived in SC to drop off the truck, I met Kristinia who told me that is not the case and the truck should be cleaned by home depot prior to giving it to me. At that point she called the Penske main office and became an advocate for me making sure that they compensated me for the time I had to take cleaning their truck prior to my rental. She was totally helpful and willing to do whatever it took to make sure it was handled. In my experience I think she goes above and beyond the duties of a manager to make sure "her customers are treated properly." I highly recommend anyone in the area to go to see her at Storage Sense Clements ferry for any of their storage/rental needs.. A+
