I have 2 units one for 4 years and one for 1 year, the price increased and I couldn’t afford both so I moved things and gave things away to get back to just one unit. I have auto pay, Storage Sense knew I was moving , Auto Pay paid in full Jan 24th, I moved out 3 days later and took the lock off for inspection, since I live in another state I couldn’t put a lock back on, so instead of crediting my other unit they will re-rent my unit and make double on the unit which I think is unfair, they should credit the prorated remainder to my other storage unit once they re-rent it, that would be the right thing to do and I asked and they said NO, that’s not the policy. Praying for them 🙏

The units are very clean and virtually bug free. This is not my experience with other storage units I have rented in the past in different locations. The office staff are extremely kind and pleasant. They have helped me on numerous occasions .

Anna was delightful to deal with, very engaging, listened well to our needs took the time to show us what was available the pros and cons of each type of storage. Bottom line you are very lucky to have such a fine employee, be sure and let her know it was all appreciated.We just completed our move and found Brandi and Storage Sense very easy to work with when we needed to both store our car for a few days and also to rent a truck for a short trip, bottom line, highly recommend.

We had 2 climate controlled units for a little over a year, never had any issues whatsoever. Units were clean, dry, with no issues. With the controlled access there were never any concerns with safety. Definitely reasonably priced as compared to others. Would highly recommend.

These people were great from beginning to end . Moving in , moving out and the rental truck to move across country.They were kind ,friendly and helpful in every way possible. They did everything except actually load the truck for me when I moved out and it was so great to have them there because I was having such a bad day was moving out and they made it easier and made me smile.I recommend this place 100%
