The unit was clean the customer service was good at check in. I don't like the fact that they don't pro-rate. To me it's like I would be paying for more than what I am getting. Like people on welfare, they do nothing but still think they deserve a paycheck. Not fair at all! Just my opinion.

Laurel and Drake are the best! I use them every year to rent one 10x20 and they always say…”let’s see what’s available “. They are very knowledgeable and willing to help nor matter what time it is. I would and have recommended Extra Space off Whiskey Rd in Aiken to several people. “They are the best around!”

My experience has been wonderful in the 3 or more years I've been a customer. The only complaint I once had, has seemed to be resolved with the installation of a new entry gate that actually doesn't break every month. Ha ha. But I am very satisfied with storage sense in north Augusta and the management.
