I got this unit 2 years ago to hold things from my house that I didn't have storage for and unit was clean and easy access close to my house but since I started renting the price has nearly doubled and for the smallest unit that I had it is not worth the price

The facility is very clean and easily accessible. The office staff member was very professional and kind. However I am not happy with the false representation of the pricing on the website (and the sales rep made no mention of it when I made a reservation) where the initial price quote was without tax and the “mandatory” requirement to pay for insurance. As a result I incurred an additional $30 dollars while completing the rental paperwork onsite at the office. I would like to have been informed of the “hidden” fees up front. I do not consider this type of activity fair business practices towards prospective clients.

The staff is friendly and explain all the terms and agreements very well. The storage unit was clean and looked relatively new. The one we had was dry and no water got into it. You have to purchase your own lock or purchase one from them. There are multiple size units and the one we had was rather large. The ceilings are tall and could clearly fit objects that wouldn't even fit in the house. The roads are paved and can easily fit a big U-Haul truck. The location is good Boyce Road stretches between two main highways. I do recommend this storage facility.
