I left 4 stars because we had to call and get an entirely different code to get in the gate then when we were done it took awhile to get the key lock in unit door. The unit was very clean but there was some kind of insulation hanging down from ceiling.

The lady I originally spoke to had a bad attitude and did not tell me about all of the fees. She mentioned one $20 fee for the first time and that was it. She mentioned the insurance but said I didnt need to have it.When I got there to fill out paperwork I was told about another fee and that the insurance is not up to me. I still did it and got my unit but it would have been nice to know ahead of time that there were extra fees and the first time was going to be more than I was expecting. Rob at the store was great and I had absolutely no issues with him!

The manager that was there helped me in an orderly fashion. He was friendly and overall very helpful by answering all my questions. The only issue is when I tried to open the gate and it wouldn't open. I had to call the phone number on the sign and that operator was NOT helpful at all. Then the manager that was at the office appeared out of nowhere and opened the gate.

Very great place to store items. Rvs, boats, etc. It is taken care of. The gate is access only by a code both going in and out. I would recommend this storage place to anyone

The service and upkeep is definitely great I would have to say that the late fees are a little bit ridiculous seeing as how there are more than the actual storage fees but other than that I would say four stars would give five but late fees are insane
