I have been looking to rent a storage unit for some time and saw an ad on Facebook , I beleive and it was by far a great deal and also that it is close by to where I live. Alsi your employee Amanda was very helpful in deciding which storage unit i would be needing in size and was very courteous to not only myself but other customers that were there getting storage units at the time . I under estimated the size of the unit I needed and had to upgrade 4 times ⏲️. It was frustrating and clerk came out to check units with me on 3 try and help me nail down the last unit. Gr8ful for her help!! She was personal, kind, at a time in which I was overwhelmed by the move, downsizing and having to pay way more than I wanted for a unit half the size.

Super easy. New facility and was able to rent and store the same day. Was able to see all the options I was interested in before selecting. Was recommended to go there by a neighbor and recommended it to another neighbor when I got home! Ended up renting a 10x20 because we needed to store 4 kayaks and the trailer. Perfect option and we can move stuff out of the basement too!

Wow what a great experience. I've rented from storage facilities in the past. This interaction was by far the best. Rachel was polite, informed and incredibly helpful. She called to confirm the rental and discuss options and answered every question clearly and concisely 4 days before we were scheduled to arrive. She even called the day of our first visit to confirm the appointment time and reassure us she would be there for us.
