Shannon & Robert are very kind, helpful , friendly. I had the best time with them today when I got my storage unit. I had to call for help at my locker because the door would not open. Shavon was great. She handled my reservation quickly and easily, and even recalled that we'd spoken several months prior about my camper being located in another state. My only complaint about the location is that when the spaces start to fill up, there isn't a lot of wiggle room to back in my camper. I'm sure it will help me to become a better backer.

Very good site manager, I rent off and on depending on the season I can have as many as three units at a time running and I can add or subtract units as needed very simple . Don't underestimate the value of the people that manage your storage needs for you. Friendly reasonable people make the difference

This is due to the expertise, knowledge, and wonderful customer service provided by Manager Shannon Owens. She answered, without frustration, dozens of questions for me. She really helped me. There was not one hesitation in her responses. She knew exactly what I needed to know almost before I knew. This young woman is a real asset to this company, and I hope they appreciate her as I do. I rented this unit because I trusted her and she helped me understand each aspect of the agreement and the services provided. It was really a pleasure to speak to a company representative who was honest and who knew how to portray the positive aspects of dealing with her company. You can store so much here. Anything you can think of. Big things small things, sometimes tall things and long things. But these people are great no matter what you’re storing and with cameras and a coded gate you can always fill secure knowing you stuff is safe.
