The people on the phone were fine to deal with but I would prefer having someone on site. My door lock does not line up on the unit which makes it difficult for me to get it open. The roll up door is very old and not easy to open. It makes it difficult for me to go into the unit by myself because it takes two of us to open the roll up door. I think it needs some maintenance. The unit itself is clean. I had to spray bumble bee spray around the door because the wood is not covered with metal so they are everywhere. It just seems that some maintenance is required on this premises.

Can easily be broken into a unit, anyone can come cut off a lock and steal what’s inside your locker .

Barely lit at night. Not a place to store anything high value. The website phone service was incredibly excellent and efficient, but the number posted at the facility is unattended and did not return my call. A tired low budget facility, not very competitive pricing, but if it's convenient and you have to store low value contents it'd suffice.

I had to put everything I own in storage and stay with a relative during Covid. I struggled to pay my bill. I worked really hard to catch up. Just like to know when will i get my security deposit of 100 from the online auction i did not mean to do a one star it would not let me change it till now i did not have any problem at the Stoage Unit i was in and out of the unit again i am sorry for my mess up

Have been with them for many years and have never had a problem. There units are clean and dry. Many in my family at one time or another have used axis also. And all were very please with there units. I have also found after looking at other storage establishment's that none come close to the pricing that is offered by Axis. All were much more expensive. So if your just looking for some place that is clean in dry. This is where to go.
