She is thorough (when the computer cooperates), concise, courteous, excellent listener, conscientious to keep billing straight and able to defuse my frustration when I called to inquire about my unit’s 25% increase per month! Please, corporate, give her a 25% increase to justify yours!

Very good and clean and secure location, very good and friendly customer service. I transitioned from a 5 x 5 to a 10 x 10 and it was done very quickly very efficiently with the updating/paperwork. The owner made it very convenient in assigning me the 10 x 10 unit that was close to the 5 x 5 so it made it easy to move my items into the bigger space. Highly recommend this place!

Highly recommend them! Super easy to.obtain a storage unit online at a reasonable monthly price that included insurance.When I first went to the storage facility, I had (my issue not theirs) difficulty using my code, then opening the lock at the unit to swap the lock and the customer care team I called were super friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful!

Easy online rental. Able to do everything online and just pull up to the unit. Had to call the office to ask about the plastic clip on the door and how to remove, they were nice and explained everything we needed to know. Fast and simple.

I will never use another storage facility. I have had my share of issues with management in other places but not here. I misunderstood a fee and Joy helped me figure out what I was seeing and the next month after I was billed, Tara actually called me to make sure everything looked good. They are so kind and patient which is something seriously lacking in other places like this. Thanks ladies!!!

Good people to work with not that expensive, open til 10pm and payment adjustments an options were given right off the bat when I was struggling . Instead of threading you to lock u out and add a ton of fees they were helpful and understanding.
