We used this storage unit for quite a few years. I was pleasantly surprised that the contents was not bug or pest ridden and no water or mold damage existed when I unloaded the contents.

Everything went well except for my code to get into the facility did not work initially. I called the help line and they got me an emergency code which worked and notified the office onsite that my code was not working. I was later notified that my code is working now, but that was only true for a few days. I also had trouble getting into my storage unit because there was no clear instructions on what to do to get into it on day 1. Besides that, there was no issues with the storage unit itself and all the staff were friendly.

The team and facilities at Storage Sense are top notch! The storage facilities are gated, well lit, and monitored with an array of night vision security cameras. Mary and her team of storage experts are attentive, professional and a pleasure to work with. The facilities are newer and are very well maintained with regular upgrades and improvements. They offer storage units of all sizes to fit your needs, including commercial spaces, temperature controlled units, trailer, boat and RV parking. There rates are great and after calling around, they are by far the best value in the area.

In the many years I've had my storage unit with this place it has been great. The old owner before it was bought was very understanding and always worked with me. When covid hit he raised his prices and shortly after he sold to Storage Sense and the price has gone from 85-ish dollars to 105. I cant afford to pay that for a 5ft by 5ft unit. Besides the price they are a great place for storage. They even offer climate controlled ones. If you make a good amount of money I'd highly recommend this place.

I highly recommend Storage Sense for commercial, personal RV and trailer storage. Mary and her team are absolutely amazing people to work with and they go above and beyond to take care of both customers and the facility in general. They have lots of options available including temperature controlled and large commercial units. They even have boxes and moving supplies on site making it easier for you to get what you need and get moved in with ease. The location is super convenient and in a good area. The facility is well lit, gated, and very safe. Call them today to check availability and you will be glad you did.
