Helen was fantastic to work with and took the time to show us all the unit options we were interested in. She was extremely personable and friendly to interact with and she also offered us water, candy, and other little goodies while we filled out our paperwork. She explained everything thoroughly and left us feeling comfortable and confident about our purchase. The office has many useful items for purchase in case we ever need them. The facility itself could definitely use some work - repaving the roadways, painting the faded doors, etc., for an even better experience.

I am not only one of the top 10 Google reviewers in the nation, but I also come to "Storage Sense," every day. The office staff are very helpful and have great customer service. They keep the lockers clean, the aisles clean, and have great competitive rates. What I like is they just don't sit around in the office all day. They get in the gulf cart and drive around checking the aisles.

Your facility is very nice and priced right where it should be! You are a small business much like ours and this Sara J (now C S) person is going around and leaving steaming reviews of everyone she seems to like to knowing that she has never had any business dealings with them nor any room to say anything at all. She has never been a customer of mine nor has likely had contact with any of mine either. Clearly she is in it for the "points" and google does not care as I have personally contacted them multiple times about her malicious, uneducated, and frankly unfounded reviewing. If I could say anything to her directly it would be that people like her are basically the scum of the earth and are up to no good spreading lies about us small business owners all over the internet and "big brother" google does seem to care at all!
